I've been feeling stiff all day. I'd been exercising more intensively than I'm used to for the past three days and now it hurts to even bend my arm. Should I exercise tonight, or no?

I must have these answers.

If you think youll injure yourself more, or if you feel that resting will make your future worksouts better than its ok to rest.

Rest days allow your muscles to heal. If you are doing any form of resistance training- which you should be doing. If you overtrain you don't heal and that's as important as the actual workout.

If you don't allow your musleces time o heal you will be weaker cause they can't grow bqakc stronger- the fibers I mean.
