I will make annual installments, to prematurely kill off each game, and have the new ones "start fresh".

What I refuse to tell them is that this will be all by design, putting players on each team based on their K/D ratio, with the highest K/Ds on one team, and the others on the other team.

I may also have to implement rank, with winning increasing your rank, and losing decreasing your rank. The higher ranks have better weapons, and if you lose your rank, you lose the ability to use that weapon.

I will then try to delude players into thinking that this is "balanced", and will laugh when I see all the crybabies complain to me because their asses got banned. It's not my fault you wasted $60 on this piece of shit.

Jokes on you, I'll buy 20 copies so when I get banned I can just play the next copy!

I would think a good idea for a MP shooter would be to force people that die too much to only practice with AI until they improve enough. What "enough" is, I don't know but it would make the experience better for everyone.
