Lost 15lbs over the last month. Down from 6'0ft 160lbs to a little over 135lbs, which was my size in high school.

My diet hasn't changed much. I'm trying weight gainer that a friend had some luck with.

Well... be creative. Instead of making sandwiches with bread, use Pop Tarts. Instead of chewing gum, chew bacon.

Tracking your calories is all there is to gaining or losing weight. Put your numbers into a calorie calculator and play with that number for a few weeks -- if you're not gaining enough, eat more calories. No one can't put on or lose weight, but a lot of people sure make excuses

But beware, you can only put on roughly 1-2lbs of muscle a month (without steroids...), and that's only with regular and progressive exercise. Anything more is fat or water.

Eat lots of protein and lift. Then it'll be good weight, not excess fat. Walk and drink lots of water. Avoid sugary stuff.

Were you trying to lose this weight? If not, I would recommend a visit to your physician. If so, check out a site called if it fits your macros and input your plans.

I'll mess around with a calorie counter after work, and see where I'm at. Maybe I'm eating less than I realize.
