They've already openly admitted they're putting the ME franchise "on hiatus" and there've been reliable leaks that ME:A is never getting updates (which includes DLC) or sequels, so we've already known the answer for months. ME:A is definitely dead, and ME as a whole is going to get stuffed in a closet while EA hopes people slowly forget about how terrible ME:A was so they can eventually drag the name out again down the line and exploit it some more. helIy posted... andromeda probably killed mass effect, like inquisition killed dragon age Inquisition didn't kill Dragon Age, they're already working on DA4. I'd be willing to equate DA:I with the ending of ME3, though. That point where you realize the series is rapidly skidding out of control and headed for the edge of a cliff, but it hasn't quite gone over yet. Whereas ME:A is the car at the bottom of the cliff already on fire and with the driver in about four pieces. I do fully expect DA4 to turn out to be a total disaster creatively, though.
