Yes Only if it's domesticated animals, other animals No No View Results 23 y/o Creep Edward Hanania from Chicago gets 5 YEARS in Prison for felony aggravated animal cruelty after he posed as the owner of 2 small dogs and paid a reward to the person who found them, only to TOSS hem off a five-story parking garage!! He was serve a concurrent six year prison sentence for violating his probation on an unrelated drug conviction as Chief Randy Palmer said "justice was served" Edward pretended to be the owner of 2 poodles who were found wandering the streets in Chicago last May. Someone found the poodles and posted pictures online of the duo to say they found them on FB as the "troubled" student paid the woman 20 DOLLARS and snatched the dogs before going on top of a five story building at a hospital garage and threw them off a day later.. Angel, the 14 month pooch survived as she fell on top of a grass patch but suffered a broken leg and bruised lungs. Unfortunately her 6 y/o father, Garo sadly died after falling on the concrete sidewalk... An older man claiming to be the REAL owner showed up a short time after with official documents to claim them but it was too late... The owner is now heartbroken over what happened to his pets after they escaped from his home as prosecutors said hospital surveillance video shows a man pulling to the top of the deck and climbing out of his car with the dogs and looking over the edge before throwing them down.. Animal welfare and PETA advocates showed up in court and hold a rally as Peggy O'Leary showed up and said their presence played a part in this extreme sentencing and were happy that justice was served over animal cruelty...
