https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/true-crime/wp/2017/08/01/they-trashed-their-wedding-photographer-over-a-125-fee-so-a-jury-told-them-to-pay-her-1-million/ So to break it down: -couple gets married, the woman being a beauty blogger -months later the couple claims photographer is withholding hi-res wedding pictures over a hidden $125 fee, creating a hostage narrative -beauty blogger followers ravage the photographer's online image, as well as the couple going to the press and the Daily Mail picks up the story amplifying the ravaging -photographer has to close shop as a result Turns out however that the fee in question was known to the couple from the beginning, is standard practice in the industry, and the photographer had emails proving it.
