I love the fact that HotS concentrates more into teamfights than LoL where I'm constantly just soaking lanes like last hitting hitting for gold. In HotS, when you're losing at least there are more opportunities for comebacks because of the objectives then in LoL where if any AD or AP carry is fed, it's basically gg at that point. Lastly, there are like different variety maps that play differently from each other (though there are some that I think are still poorly made), but it adds to my replayability knowing I'm not going to be playing the same way again and again in each map.

Probably my biggest reason for liking HotS more is that I find it less toxic, probably because you can't all chat in it and dying in HotS isn't that big of a deal unlike in LoL where getting those early kills is more crucials.
