Thor would overload the suits' systems, plus it's tech, he probably couldn't operate it.

If Captain America was deemed worthy to wield Mjolnir, it would transform him into "Thor", or at least endow him with nearly limitless power.
Which means it would be a battle between Captain "Thor" with Mjolnir and Thor without Mjolnir, because none of the Iron Man suits would be a force additive to someone as powerful as Thor (A god). Thor with Mjolnir vs. The Thor Without Mjolnir.... Is a victory for Thor with Mjolnir.
