why is there even 2 terms?

Bisexual, by definition, refers to a gender binary. Pansexual does not.

For instance, there are plenty of bi people who like heteronormatively masculine men and feminine women, but not necessarily intersex or agender, or certain variations of gender nonconforming, etc. .

Yea...

- Bisexual: strictly cis Men and cis Women for the most part
- Pansexual: Men, Women, Trans, Queer, etc. Whatever 'Human Being' they are sexually attracted to.

Yea because there is such a difference between the 20000 genders.

The whole thing is beyond obnoxious at this point... Being straight, gay, or bi doesn't mean you like anyone that's opposite to you, the same as you, or everybody, respectively, there are still many nuanced preferences and a selection process. Pansexual is simply a bastardization of bisexual because some people can't acknowledge farther-reaching generalities of a pre-existing group.

I'm a guy and I prefer athletic chicks but that doesn't mean I'm some special new category because the women I find attractive are usually less feminine than stereotypical "girly girls." It's just my personal taste within the orientation I was born with. The labels these days... So many... It's stupid.

Omnisexual and Pansexual are really similar, almost the same. But there is a difference:

"Hearts not parts" is something I see in reference to pansexuality.

I know a couple bisexual people that found me attractive, so they can explore outside the gender binary. I think bisexual is a bit generational as well, as usually it's older people using the label.

Don't even get me started on pan weddings. A marriage should be between a man and a woman or a man and a man or a woman and a woman but NEVER a man and a pan.

I have not yet seen the term "pansexual" appear as a category on porn websites.

Therefore I can say with ABSOLUTE certainty that pansexual is a made up name and doesn't exist.

When porn websites adopt the hypothesis of a pansexual I will wholeheartedly support the science they show.
