There's no way either of those last two moderations should have been anything more than a 3KL. How the Hell would i even "clear my moderation" history at this point? I've been good for a month and a half... two months a little while back. I've eased up. What the Hell do I have to do to stop these 10KL attacks on me for trivial s***?

Something I know for certain is chronic shitposters have significantly myopic sensitivity. As long as they think it's obviously a joke and therefore not offensive, so should everyone else! Okay, so my history shouldn't have been "bad" to the point I get warned for the Ann Coulter thing. If these last at most, 30 days. I should have had what.... two smaller items on my account? Because when I left for that month, I should have been clean slated but I went straight back to a 10KL on my next moderation. I'm calling BS here.

Joking about rape is almost always 10kl minimum... Even on a clean history... Once you have the 10kl, anything else just stacks from there.

Frankly, I'm surprised that 14321892 and 14325685 were only 3kls. You got shown some serious leniency there...

I'm talking way back. My first moderation after coming back from a month off was a 10KL. I don't remember what it was and feel free to look back on it all you want. If history clears after 30 days, I should have gotten a 3KL or something. I don't believe it is 30 days at all.

And stop saying I am joking about rape. The one time I did, I apologized. I felt bad and I know it. I accepted the moderation and went on my way with it.

I only see three moderations. I don't see what you mean by me still having the one from when I came back from my month hiatus.

I have the one about the rape thing that again, I apologized for. It came out wrong and I know it. I accepted this.
I have the Ann Coulter one.
And now this one.

That's only three on my record. All warnings. You guys must be seeing more if I am getting thrown warnings without 3KLs or NKLs on my head. I don't know the last time I even had a 3KL or NKL at this point.

This is the situation: the mods mostly use a black and white modding criteria. If it fits the criteria, it simply gets modded. They're volunteers and they've been doing it a long ass time and they can't afford to look over every moderation with the care and consideration of Judge Judy. Because they don't get paid and none of this stuff actually matters that much as to truly justify expending their personal time on such trivialities. That's the ultimate truth.
