I'm about six levels in and loving it. I read somewhere that the last level is a rediculously long gauntlet. Is that true?

I freakin love the game, it's awesome. As for your question, I'm not exactly sure what you mean by a "gauntlet", but the last level is a long series of canyons.

Man, you're really trucking through all of them. And yeah the last level is insane, but once you get towards the end hardest part before the final boss it's possible to make a run for it and skip the hardest part.

Yeah I already had an enormous backlog and after the last steam sale it got even bigger. I decided to finally start knocking some out. Think I'm gonna start up Far Cry Primal next.

Did you ever play Blood Dragon? That's literally the only Far Cry game I've played, though I've thought about picking up 4 at some point.

You should try the first painkiller and battle out of hell expansion. Rest of the PK games are shit though, except the remake of the first game.

I've beaten every Far Cry except 2 and Primal. I beat Painkiller and it's expansion many years ago. It was ok. Serious Sam is way better.
