Hard to tell from the video. Looks like the guy is driving down the road into a group of people and then you see him back up with his whole front bumper ripped off.

Looks like someone trying to leave, people wouldn't let him leave and ripped his bumper off and then he backed up out of there to leave. Good he got out of there when he did, if people already took his bumper off who knows how much further they would have gone.

This guy is conservatrolling to the extreme.
