Current Events > I had an amazing coincidence today that lifted me up.

I won't get into every detail right now but a bit of a read I was feeling down and this lifted me up.

Earlier this afternoon I was with my son and he said "Daddy I was trying to kill this fly but it was too hard they are so fast" I told him that I have never swatted a fly they either go away or I spray them. So move forward to tonight, I feel down and just got in from smoking so my stamina isn't what it was when I was his around his age. When I come in there are 3 flies they run under a lamp and hide so I say whatever ill get some spray later.

They followed me in the kitchen so I said to hell with this and spent what was probably 5-10 mins jumping around trying to catch them and I caught all 3 in my hands, first time ever but 3 times. I was covered in sweat out of breath but it was a workout that brought out those endorphins, I felt good and proud like I wanted to jump into the ball game I am watching and play outfield. I called my son to tell him the coincidence but sadly his mother blocked/or put off hook the new cell phone I just gave him 7 hours ago. Well more lawyer and court tomorrow but I feel good.

You think a woman keeping a son from his father is funny? 4 year old constantly asking me to come inside and play games with him after I explain I can't, 8 year old crying in his fathers arms when he doesn't want to say goodbye? That is funny to you? You are probably a virgin certainly not a father.
