My first jrpg (unless you count FFXV). Gonna do new game plus and then play 3 and 4 then Nocturne. How hard is it gonna suck going back to the old games?

3,4, and nocturne are better games. Mechanically, the games don't feel outdated

You'll be fine. They are not as stylish, but gameplay wise it's mostly the same. Might wanna let a bit of time pass between each game to avoid getting burnt out

after beating Persona 5 I went way way back to the OG MegaTen games, I'm up to SMT 3 now after beating MT1, MT2, SMT1, and SMT2
