Evidentally the Metal Gear MKII in MGS4 was a reference to the Metal Gear MKII in Snatcher, which in turn was the hint that they were in continuity.

Looks like ZoE is too, what with Rising having a UG called "raptor" and Khamsin referring to his mech as a "frame." Could just be references though.
