Neonazi - 99 groups
White nationalists - 100 groups

(I would say that not all black seperatists and white nationalists are haters, but significant percentages)

450 compared to 193 seems about right considering whites make up the majority population. So The number of racist whites and racists blacks seems about equal on each side

On top of that, it's not really a good measure of actual membership. The definition of group is pretty shaky and it doesn't take into account affiliated groups. A group could span several large cities, or a town with a population in the hundreds.
