white supremacists want an all white nation, where other groups are either dead or somewhere else.

Antifa wants a more inclusive society.

one is prejudiced against others for things out of their control, and the other is prejudiced against perceived bigotry.

I don't support Antifa because of the actions of a lot of people that identify as members of the group, and I don't believe that violence is justified, unless in self-defense or the defense of others, but it's dishonest to say both are as bad as each other
