wolfy42 08/22/17 7:38:49 PM #7:	Depends, even on the ones with a set time, people often break the rules etc. I live in one once in Dublin Ca, and we were right near the laundry room. My wife could not hear it, but the dryer had a high pitched whine that would keep me up at night (we were going to court in the mornings etc so I had to wake up early). So glad when we moved away. They shouldn't have been able to get in there but it happened with some frequency.
