Not to say you're wrong but in some cases the curve counts toward the intersection, doesn't it? When it comes to making turns, it is annoying if a car is parked right at the edge and you gotta do a sharp right to make the turn. Still, worth disputing at least.

But it's not even an intersection. It's a back lane. An intersection is like X Street and Y street. The city's webpage defines it as so. I've already sent in the dispute.

There are controlled and uncontrolled intersections. That uncontrolled intersection can include an access road intersecting with a proper street. That's still a public road going on to private property

Actually, I was over a meter away from the back lane. Like I said, it was just an asshole with a quota to fill. Been parking there for over a month now. Same spot, 5 days a week. No problem.
