Last time they tried to copy something that was popular it flopped and they ended up buying the thing that they were copying.

Oh this service won't flop. They could price themselves out of contention depending on what they make available for streaming. They may be overconfident in their product and lack on their service i.e crappy UI, crappy servers etc... Tons of things could happen. Success or not it'll be interesting to see how this service turns out and how other companies respond to it --- "If video games have taught me anything, it's that if you encounter enemies then you're going the right way." ...
