Yellowstone isn’t expected to erupt anytime soon. It appears to burst once every roughly 700,000 years. The most recent was 640,000 years ago, with other events 1.3 million years ago and 2.1 million years ago.

The scary thing is, is increase in geysers activist and also increase in the amount of earthquakes in the last year

yellowstone isn't going to erupt in our lifetime

there's going to be no extinction events, period, in our lifetime

the odds don't support it

Probably no one's talking about it because it could erupt tomorrow... or tens of thousands of years from now. There are other things far more likely to wipe us out.
