i don't get drunk every night (maybe once or twice a week) but I would say I get at least tipsy most nights. definitely use it as a way to relax at the end of the night. maybe a small glass or two of whiskey or a couple beers. nothing excessive like slamming a case down.

I can't help but feel guilty about it. certainly not an alcoholic but I do desire to drink most of the time when it comes to about 8-9 PM. is this a problem? am I deteriorating my organs
