It's just dumb of the customer to expect something sooner than what they paid for. Like u knew the free shipping takes longer and it tells you the expected delivery date. Why complain.

my gf works in a bougey neighborhood. people will frequently double park outside, run in, and demand immediate service saying they're double parked and that they will have them pay for the ticket if they get one.
