Thanks to the people who posted in my topic several months ago about this personal situation. I read this with some friends a few weeks ago and they suggested I'm still too close as a writer to the situation, so I thought it'd be fun to run it by ya'll now that a little more time has passed.

Pretty sure I'm an asshole for making this a comedy, but I tried my best to hold onto the weight of the situation.

This is an interesting topic, and I expect comedy is the right path for it. Would be too monolithic for my tastes if it was just 100% sad
