He has a nasally type of voice, he has that weird drawl that people from Wisconsin and Minnesota have like "Fargo-lite" and the way he inflects and finishes sentences I'm always waiting for him to hurry up and finish his last word it's like he hesitates at the end of a sentence before finishing it. It honestly enrages me. I'm from LA/So. Cal and I feel like we have the most "neutral" American accents you can find. Unless you have the valley girls, the surfer guys, and the gangbangers who also have their own accents among the Mexican gangbangers and the black ones. I've also heard some guys from northern/central CA/Bay Area and for some reason they spoke with bro-ish surfer accents.
