There should be boards where you can post actual NSFW things but not all boards should allow it.

Yeah make everything uncensored and nothing moddable. And cover all usernames so nobody knows who posted what.

Let's see:

Remove Notification/3KL punishment, add new "Notify Without Delete" (NWD) punishment. - Sounds good. That way at least the post won't be removed.

Allow Moderators to leave a message when deleting a post. - Could provide me with some amusement.

Replace the current dispute system with a new, streamlined version. - Eh. Basically removing the chance of users having a say.

Allow for Topic/Message "flairs/tags". - not a bad idea. I actually think posts that are offensive or whatnot should have a option to show/hide that way the user can decide for themselves without even needing a mod to be involved. I mean being offended is purely subjective.

Bring back MetaMod. - Could work providing it's not abused.

Add Leaders to most popular boards. - No thanks.

Offensive Posting and trolling. - These rules definitely need some work. The moderations I've received generally boil down to these and although as times I deserve it most the time my posts don't fall into this category. This is backed up by the response mods give.

Well, I semi-PO'd Allen's post.

It looks like they're trying to update how things work around here, which is good. Not just Allen is doing this, but the rest of the mods are conversing with him and they're still in the fine-tuning stages of what changes will be implemented. Naturally, being an opinionated individual with at least some level of vocabulary and also a deal of experience on this forum, I had to make that response spanning three posts in Allen's topic.

Fun times ahead, me thinks.

They never yelled back or insulted me, but by golly it was cathartic appealing those mods...

I assure you that the guys in there weren't offended, but maybe one of them just doesn't like you, or a mod happened to be passing through. I've been modded in that topic before even though we were all in on the joke.
