Chicken noodle soup, Simmered a half eaten rottiserie chicken for 1.5 hours, bones and all. Pasta Noodles (spiraly ones), carrots, celery, onions, spiced with garlic, basil, peppercorns, thyme, and rosemary. I ate it straight out of the pot like a man. Stuff was so rich, it congealed when I put it in the fridge.

I'm a pretty straightforward sort of cook, so quesadilla.
A fistful of cheese on a tortilla, salt, pepper, red how chili peppers flakes, a small amount diced red and green onions, a small amount of chicken, and then some paprika sprinkled on top (you really need to be careful on paprika, that stuff can get powerful and it always seems to come out clumped). ... That's a tough call. I've been making a lot of really awesome fancy desserts lately, and picking a favourite is hard. I guess I could go with these, since they've become a staple for when I want a fancy dessert:
http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/paula-deen/molten-lava-cakes-recipe-1917273 Served with ice cream and some sort of fruit. Last time I made them, I made up a compote of blueberries, raspberries, and cherries, and used that along with some homemade marshmallow sauce (http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/marshmallow-sauce-366149), which was a fun time. They generally photograph pretty well, too (though this one came out a touch blurry on my high-tech flip phone camera): --- This is my signature. Well, I just had apple and gouda quesadillas. I seasoned the apple with cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, spiced rum, maple syrup, and just a hint of powdered jalapeño.
It was a pretty simple and delicious dish that probably would've tasted better if I hadn't accidentally burned two of them slightly. --- Hank Pym changes superhero aliases more often than Hawkman changes origin stories. ... Copied to Clipboard!

Probably my stuffed pork tenderloin that I make from time to time. I stuff it with herbs, gorgonzola cheese, and crushed walnuts, season the outside with black pepper and cloves, bake it at 400F and then cut it into medallions. Normally serve it with mashed potatoes
