The first took a while to get over but I knew we weren't really meant to be together, the third I was over about a month after it ended, but I still can't get the middle one out of my head. It still seems like we have so much in common/room to be together but it's harder than pulling teeth to even get out on a date with her. I think she either thinks it's not going to work or doesn't want to put herself in a position where she may be leading me on and I just have so much trouble telling myself it's over. I just don't want my new relationships to suffer (like my 3rd girlfriend) because I'm still hung up. The goal here is to make new memories and new connections to help you deal with having that person leaving your life. If you're lucky, you may start liking another girl soon that you will inevitably meet during this time.
