Pre-ordered a CE awhile ago, put $25 down, never picked it up. I thought they would just refund me $25 as store credit but nope, 3 months later and i got nothing. I see the pre-order info on the app but i cant cancel from there. I dont see it on the website though

Yeah I'm pretty sure they can keep the money if you don't get the game or get a refund pretty quick after it launches.

Talk to customer service. Take it to the district manager if necessary. You should get your money back.

You'd have to likely go into the store. I imagine you can get your money back if you still have the receipt and such.
