What if someone robs the place and then shoots me in the face? Or annihilates everyone in the building so there aren't any witnesses.

There's only 8 of us, and if I'm at the front, which I'll almost always be, I'm gonna be a prime target. This shit is gonna freak me out until I get a new job in a year.

Apparently one bank nearby got robbed 3 times in a year

And my place of work is only, like, 10 minutes away. So the risk of death isn't all that high

The money is insured ain't it? Unless the robbers are a bit trigger happy, just cooperate. Granted how banks are insured could be different from other businesses. A fellow Scout leader is a store manager and have been robbed a few times. He always tell his employees to cooperate and just give em what they ask. Their store is insured and it ain't worth the risk of getting injured or dying.
