Rewatching GoT and I got to this scene again. It's so shocking, even though I knew what to expect this time. It's so well made and holds so much emotion.

Robb made so many mistakes that lead him there, but you can't help be feel bad for him as he looks at his dead wife.

The amount of attention it got ruined the scene since I saw it like a bit later and pretty much expected who was going to go.

I personally found what the Night King did with his spear two episodes the most shocking so far lol.

That's when it really set in for me that it doesn't fuck around and no one was getting out alive. Then seeing his headless corpse with his wolf's head attached to it really fucked me up.

Kinda sucks that last season was so safe but hopefully they're saving up a bunch of crazy shit for the final season.

I disagree. Ned Stark getting beheaded was. up to that point we didn't know they weren't afraid to off main characters willy nilly. by the time the red wedding happened it wasnt as surprising. still a fucked up scene though
