I dont hate them and will eat them but i dont get why people persist on making this food i generally find it to be bland and boring, or perhaps that just how my dad and mom have made it.

How are your parents making them? I've eaten stuffed peppers filled with beef and rice and I love them.

Stuffed peppers should not be bland nor boring. That sounds like a case of doing it wrong.

I'm not crazy about them either because they are usually in green bell peppers which I think are one of the worst peppers flavor wise

If they are made in red or yellow peppers they tend to be more flavorful since the peppers have actually ripened

Yeah, I really don't like Bell Peppers. Any time I've eaten them they've tasted bland. I Dunno if I've actually tried all 3 colors though.

Stuffed green peppers with white rice and beef are usually pretty bad. Green peppers are awesome raw but suck cooked. Now, make them red peppers and put some spices in them and they'll be awesome.

don't like them either, and i've never ate one, but I hate peppers period so I think its safe to say I wouldn't like em.

If that sucker isn't loaded with spices then it tastes like a wet tennis ball.
