And I am hearing about the downfall of Kmart, Sears, and more. But for some of these stores. Why can't the take advantage of their weakness? Being local. Change how the game work. Still be a regularly brick and mortar store. However, Have a three shift delivery crew. Have to be within a 2 hour drive. You can order the stuff online and get within two hours. At this point, even if they were to suddenly get good leadership and come up with a smart plan, they would probably still struggle because of how poorly they have been doing.
