Im 6'4" 260 right now and I've got a gut and I can feel the weight hurting my legs every day. I know I need to lose at least 20-40 and this isn't trying to mean. It's legitimately just advice. It started from me finding the exercises from the martial arts board in the pinned topic and doing them along with running/biking. I changed my diet to eating less calories(when I at my heaviest I ate about 4000 calories), eating more nutritious foods and cutting a lot of junk out of my diet(another big key is going to bed early). Over time I was able to get for free a stationary bike, weight bench, barbell, dumbbells, and about 325 pounds in weights for free from craigslist or people just giving stuff away in front of their house. Lastly, will you find love? That depends on you and for the record, I met my wife at my heaviest moment in my life and we are still together going strong for over 10 years. So I would say you can, but you have to be open to the love and be able to reciprocate it. --- "There is wife assisted suicide.
