I much prefer lower and smaller cars.

Ive owned a compact car(1997 nissan sentra), a regular sized car(2010 malibu) and an SUV (2005 chevy trailblazer) and easily the one i enjoyed driving the most was the Sentra.

in general, i prefer cars to trucks or vans, but my favorite car that I've owned was probably the Honda CRV I got from my mom when I first learned to drive.

Even without getting into the feel, I find I fit better in larger vehicles. In small ones, I often find I'm so high up in the car that I've got more blind spots in the windshield than I'd like.

I like stuff in the middle. Most PickUps and SUVs are too high, and I hate being low. I have a Honda CR-V and I love it and cars around it's height.

My parents had always purchased SUVs. So I'm accustomed to their height and feel. So confortable, spacious...

Where I grew up and still live, SUVs are the kings of the roads; Land Cruiser, Range Rover and Patrol.

For me, personally, I love SUVs. I've grown up in Land Cruisers and I've only driven Prado (s) and my KIA.

My sister and brother have the Dodge Challenger and Toyota 86 and I just dislike it. I feel as though I'm sitting on the floor. XD

Currently, I'm having the KIA Sportage but that's more on practicality rather than preference.

I like the feel of cars, but prefer the visibility of a truck.

In the end, I decided to go with a car since the handling and maneuverability is way better.

I prefer my prius C over that

Lower and smaller, however it SUUUUUUCKS when you need to turn left at night and some SUV or Pickup is right there and you turn and it blinds you. Also sometimes if one gets behind you and their lights blind you in the rearview mirror.

Basically this. I own a 2016 Subaru BRZ and also a 2013 Dodge Journey (an SUV) and while the Dodge is comfortable, the BRZ is the best driving car I've ever been in. It's just so pleasing to drive a sporty car with tight handling.

Honestly, I can't decide. My 2 favorite vehicles I've ever owned were an 89 civic hatch with a 4 speed manual that I swapped out for a 5 speed out of a wrecked crx. That car was magical. It wasn't fast, but it was peppy, cornered like it was on rails, and I just loved everything about it. I put 175,000 miles onto it, (on top of the 180k it already had when I bought it.) even when I finally broke into the 6 figures I still kept running it because I liked it so much. Rust got it, it was a sad day when I had to junk it. My other favorite was a lifted 93 f250 with a built 460 and 37" military tires. It got about 9mpg lol. I pulled a dump truck out of a ditch with it, and beat a corvette at the drag strip on the same day. Same story as the honda, rust got it. I'm currently running a 13 impala ex cruiser with the side light still on it. Owning the left lane is nice, but I'm not really loving the car.

For fully one type over the other(and not a mix between the 2), car over an SUV. Although I can see why some prefer SUVs, for the fact they offer a higher vantage point.

Personally, I kinda like cars that are a mix('crossover', as people often call them), between a regular car and an SUV. For example like a Nissan Murano, Subaru Outback(brother's girlfriend has one btw), etc. And it still allows a vantage point, where less often versus a traditional car, you get blocked by a big vehicle in front, back, or the side of you.

I liked blasting tunes while riding on scooters in BF: Vietnam with my best buddy. We got exploded by an enemy LAW while doing this in the middle of a large battle and I immediately typed "I fought the law and the law won" (a lyric from one of the in-game licensed tracks) to an uproarious text applause from the chatbox. It's probably in my top 10 comedy moments of all time.

well the most popular cars in the US and Canada nowadays seem to be crossover SUVs like the RAV4, Rogue, and CRV. Big trucks too. Even newer compacts have gotten quite bulky. My mom's Corolla Matrix is small but drives like a minivan. And the new camrys are pretty huge compared to the older ones.

A lot of those are Japanese cars, they have notoriously gotten bigger over the years while most other brands have gotten smaller.

Trucks are an exception though, I looked at the latest F-150 and my first thought was that it was a 350 because of how big they had gotten.

They've always been like that, the only major difference between the 150, 250 and the 350 is the suspension and brakes
