This shit wasn't happening when you were a kid, unless you're only 13 now. No insubordination and making threats about having guns and bombs was always punishable. I actually went to a really strict school that constantly gave me detention for taking too much. It's called having respect for authority Except he wasn't making a threat. And the things kids have been suspended or expelled for aren't making threats either. If the definition of a "threat" today was the same as when you were a kid, you would have been bounced out on your ass so fast your head would spin.
