The person on the floor above me has been slamming doors, dropping stuff, and stomping for the past 3 days. Til about 1:00AM.
Complained the first time. My roomate complained. I complained tonight. I was half asleep, but at one point I heard five or more people shouting. After it's been that bad why not call the police and make the complaint that way? After days of it going on into the middle of the night that's completely justified.
