I just reached the new world, and it seems like its action to standing around in town ratio is 1:3. Now that we're here in the new world, will we get more exploring and dungeons or will it still be half hour dungeons, and then hour and a half of town/story stuff?

I like to say that, by the end of Grandia 1, you've visited so many forests you're a qualified park ranger. Not all the dungeons will be little one-offs, though -- some may take you quite awhile, whether it's enemies, the layout, or a combination of both.

I think my biggest problem right now is how all 3 dungeons so far were 1 time only. If I could have gone back and grinded a bit I probably wouldn't be noticing all the downtime as much.

Whatever you do, finish the game now. You have your final party and Grandia is top ten worst games of all time to replay. I LOVE Grandia... the first time through. Go ahead and finish it up.

Oh, no worries, Im gonna finish it. I like the combat so far, just want it to pick up a bit
