I was in the middle of an activity with respawning enemies (and in a location where nobody else can spawn in), and I needed to leave for several minutes. So I hid in a corner, and left the pause screen, with enemies still shooting at me. I eventually came back, still in the corner, and had half-health, because those Cabal idiots decided that closing in on me was not a good tactic or something.

I blame Bungie for not implementing checkpoints when you go to orbit unlike Destiny 1.
