At first they were going to do a legit 3rd movie, but then they for some reason with this. I was hoping the 3rd movie would expand on the Creeper and follow up with what happened at the end of the 2nd.

That cornfield scene in the opening of the 2nd one was really scary when I watched it as a kid though
