Yes No View Results It's true. that's how they make it easy to decide who wins and loses when someone pulls out of a parking spot. The person who backs up and causes an accident is the one responsible and will pay for the damages. Both were in diagonal parking spots and each backed and turned in the direction of the other car. They were both in each other's dead angles and only saw each other once the rear bumpers hit.
