Their product stopped working. Our return policy is to provide a replacement for them if possible, and direct them to another location if we can't.

Another store had his exact product and would have been happy to replace it, except he threw a fit because he didn't want to drive over there.

Maybe read your fucking receipt next time and actually see the return/exchange policy.
