The song played yesterday morning at 6-7 am around the Philadelphia radio area

It was like a mellow guitar song but not really, I'm not smart on guitar genres but I'm going to take a wild guess and say it was soft rock or indie rock

I did remember part of the lyrics but I waited too long and now I forgot :'(
To remember a part of the lyrics I aligned it with S:76's voiceline "Bring the Noise Raise the ruckus!"
I think it was Raise the ______ followed by the female lead singer saying "oh yeah oh yeah" or something like that. My best bet is Raise the "clock" or "time" since it was the first and only thing that came to me so

guys please it was such a good song I need to find it :D
