That's good exercise right there. That's 100 minutes of exercise each week, not including the walk from your car into your home which could add a few more minutes. That's more than a lot of people, keep it up.

I go to the mall and play Pokemon go for 8 hours in a single day, usually once a week. I always walk at least 10 miles from that. I also do dance type games a couple times a week on songs rated 10 or harder.

I go jogging three or four times a week, depending on work. I was heavily into lifting until my car accident, and then it all turned to fat while I was stuck in the wheelchair. Worked my ass off to lose the weight, and now I jog to stay in shape but I don't care about getting cut anymore.

Plus, getting too old to live at the gym.

Don't drive so tend to walk everywhere. Probably spend about 45mins a day walking with 2 days walking more.

Gym.

20 pullups in a row (okay 18 in a row lately, i've become unhealthy), 100 push ups in a row (i used to be able to do that like a week ago, been busy with work and exams), 100 kgx8 reps Bench press, 120kgx8 reps squat, 120+ kgx8 reps deadlift e.t.c e.t.c

No running, already lost too many gainz to that trap.
