There's always something breaking down on it, and it gets a busted innertube about every two weeks, give or take. This time the pedals themselves broke; first one, then a few days later the other one.
I went to get some replacements at the store, and decided to get the more expensive pair that seemed higher quality than the ones I initially had my eye on. I put them on and for a few days everything seemed fine. Then something on the right pedal just felt weird, so I took a look. Suddenly the whole pedal just popped off - I examined the part that screws in and saw that the entire thing had gotten stripped; I don't even know how that happened. Not only that, but the shaft thingy that the pedal connects to is also stripped, so I have to order a new one. I'm really puzzled over how it happened in the first place. Seems like if I had screwed it in improperly or not far enough, then it would just unscrew itself back out as I pedaled. Either way I'm getting seriously fed up with this; the constant breaking down keeps ruining my plans and costing me extra money. --- Official King of PotD You only need one T-Rex to make the point, though. ~ Samus Sedai ... If you're getting a lot of flats, you should really check your spokes and make sure one of them isn't biting through the rim.
