Important to use your brain for 1 second which I realize is hard for you.

They admitted to the sex, which requires admitting to the kidnapping. Unless they are saying they raped her in the jail cell?

Their story for all I know could be they asked if she wanted to get into the van and have sex and she said yes.

I do not know what their story is. However, I am not gonna make the story up as I go along like you are.

I have already read two stories that conflict on it. 1 says she was arrested, her friends were sent away, she was placed in the van and then raped.

The second I have seen says that the friends were let go. The cops asked her to get in the van. Told her to take her top off. Afterwards they cuffed her and drove to a Chipotle where they told her if she wanted to get off her charge she had to have sex with them.

I do not know the cops story. I am going to use a little bit of my brain here and assume their story is going to have them doing nothing illegal in it.

I don't think there is a typical circumstance, there's several different ones. Sometimes it's overeager cops beating a confession out of someone, or a person breaking after days of well-intentioned questioning, or a mentally ill person pretending they're the Zodiac. Investigators even have to leak fake info to the press to filter out those loons. Maybe say the killer always ties a red ribbon to the victim's finger instead of a blue one, which he actually does.

Maybe this "confession" is a guy bragging to his friends that he got laid when he didn't. I dunno. They're probably rapists (I think I read that the rape kit showed signs of sexual assault, though that can be faked after the fact) if you go by the letter of the law, although if it's institutional I would hesitate to call them that just because I think the term is unneccessarily harsh in that scenario. Like I wouldn't call a high school teacher who has consensual sex with a student a rapist, that's just me. In that scenario I would just call them dumbasses. Now if they handcuffed this girl and forcibly raped her in the back of a van, that's a different story.

For the record though she's not telling the whole truth either because she said they let her go out of the van after doing it, but I know for a fact that she was booked and fingerprinted and photographed because I saw the arrest report with my own eyes.

If I had to guess: She offered to fuck them, thinking it would get her off. They fucked her, because they're disgusting, and then processed her anyway, which pissed her off. So she said they raped her, probably not even realizing that they technically did. We'll see I guess.

I am interested to see also. Mostly because their is oddities that you do not normally see.

Normally a victim doesn't react by posting articles of it and saying it is her and filing a $50 million lawsuit the day after.

And, normally, a guilty party of rape in a situation as this doesn't try to say it was consensual and not use condoms and such to not leave DNA (by normally I mean a cop would normally be smart enough).

Also it is odd they are working desk jobs right now while being investigated. If a slam dunk, i would assume they should have been arrested already.

That said, it is likely they are guilty and the thing I point to most is what you pointed to also in the consistencies with sexual assault part.

Just because a case is odd doesn't mean a crime wasn't committed. The oddities do peak my curiosity though.

If the second half of your post was all you wrote, that would be the case.

But you specifically felt the need to point out that cops "have superiority complexes" as a reason why the man's profession was relevant to the crime.

Cokes also said nothing about her no longer trusting cops specifically. I do find it funny though that it makes me a shitty person to find it stupid to distrust an entire group of people based on the action of one (and he was off duty so his authority was irrelevant) since that group happens to be cops. If I get robbed by a black person at gunpoint, am I allowed to say that I don't trust any black people because they're all prone to commit crime and will rob me if given the opportunity? Am I allowed to be prejudiced because I was traumatized?

Was what?

I said "Why is the guy being a cop relevant to the rape and how is that story related to this one when the cop was off duty and not in a position of authority?"

Peace Frog said "Because cops have huge egos."

Which despite his attempt to deflect, is pretty much straight up calling cops rapists. If this story was about a girl being raped by two black men, and Cokes said his friend was raped by a black man so this is no surprise, that would be racist. Even moreso if Peace Frog concurred and then assigned a character trait to all black men that make them prone to rape.
