A lot of these legal issues that seemingly unfairly benefit women that MRA's complain about only exist because of the grandfathered in concept that men are superior.

Except it's not 1770 anymore and having legal hypocrisy isn't something to be proud of, no matter who it benefits.

We shouldn't be proud of it.

But it's a prime example of systemic sexism that takes a lot of effort to change

And change is happening slowly. More fathers are winning custody battles, and more ex-husbands are getting alimony from their breadwinner ex-wives than in previous decades.

But still the social stigma lingers. Men don't come forward about rape or assault by women because our culture has deemed that to be emasculating. Many men would be embarrassed to be supported in divorce by their ex.

We need to change these ideas of what it means to be masculine, and that has to be done from within by us men.

I've never understood how the onus is on the guy in drunk situations.

Like, yes, if a guy plies a girl into unconsciousness with liquor and then has sex with her, that is rape.

But if both the guy and the girl are four drinks in and both decide to have sex, how is that still rape?

Actually it tends to be the person who initiates the sex. And men just happen to be the ones that initiate more often. Of course this is also reinforced by the two stereotypes of men and women: That men are naturally aggressors, and that women are weak and unable to hold their alcohol.

If a Drunk woman initiates unwanted sex against a man who is unable to consent, she's just as guilty of rape as a drunk man who initiates unwanted sex against a woman who is unable to consent.

In theory, yes

But good luck
A.) Getting that man to come forward
and
B.) Getting society to not belittle him based on the aforementioned sexual stereotypes

What "biological differences" should cause a man to lose more in a divorce?
What "biological differences" should cause women to make less money than men in non-manual labor jobs?
What "biological differences" say that a work place shouldn't have equality?

Is there something biological about men that makes them able to type on a keyboard better, or something that says "You're going to be the one to lose big in a divorce."

For those who actually care, the video is a small group of students (I believe 5) protesting having to take the midterm and wanting it postponed or being made into a take home test due to a demonstration previously. The professor hears them out (as the students rant and tell the other students they have to shut up and must listen to them). They try pressuring the professor and even question his character. When he reaffirms the exam will be taken as scheduled, they walk out and say the people and the professor taking the tests are "White Supremacists".

I get your point, but you probably shouldn't use this as your example for "The far left is as bad as the far right" when your example for the far left is "They walked out on an exam" and a recent example for the far right is "They ran people down with a car and killed somebody."

That seems like cherrypicking the most extreme example versus a regular example. However, while I am not lessening the despicable action taken there, I am stating how the mindsets on both the Far Left and Far Right are so gone that they only exist for themselves and are fighting more and more to pressure the middle of the spectrum into choosing side in their efforts to continue polarizing the nation.

It's "why doesn't the man feel that he's been raped as well in a situation where both parties are black out drunk?"

That's the Patriarchy in a nutshell, really. We tell men they're the stronger, more responsible party and then in a situation where they're just as much a victim as the woman, they opt not to claim rape because men are programmed to think any sex is good and men who get raped are wusses.

In other news, remember when Obama freed terrorists and put soldiers in harm's way for this scumbag?

http://www.foxnews.com/us/2017/10/06/bowe-bergdahl-expected-to-plead-guilty-to-deserting-his-post-ap.html

It seems like he is pleading guilty to avoid the death penalty or life imprisonment

Barack Obama freed 5 Taliban terrorists to get this guy back to America and use him as a political prop

or there's still an overriding belief that we do not leave a man behind to be tortured to death by terrorists, even if he's a deserter?

also: i feel like none of us except maybe FFD get a right to judge him, since most of us have never served overseas.
