i never beat it. everytime i play it, i put it down for a week and i go back to it and i forgot where i need to go.

But what i played i like it way better than the first game.

I still like prime 3 overall better than the rest. I really like all the gimick stuff in it. it felt more immersive. and i like that it had acheivements.

It has some minor issues, (particularly how unfluidic the collection of the end game items is), but other than those it's pretty solid.

I prefer Prime 1 tho

Are we talking about the Gamecube or the Wii version of the game? Because the Wii version of Prime 2 was easier than the original Gamecube version.

Metroid Prime Hunters is easily the worst Prime game though.

Can't be as bad as Metroid Prime Pinball.

Did you even out Metroid Prime Federation Force? But that game is acutally pretty cool once you get pass the art direction.

I like all three a lot but 1>3>2

2 could've been better had it not been for the dark world. I hate when the environment hurts you in a game. Plus, the dark world/light world gimmick is so played out

Ive only played 1 and 3 and I found them to be really boring

Wow, that's impressive. It's such an awesome game to be made so quickly.

I've never played the third one so I can't really judge that one but regardless, it's leaps and bounds above the first one by improving on basically everything.

Also Wii version is for chumps.

Yeah, I actually really liked Other M's gameplay. Character development was terrible and those sections you highlighted were horrible, but aside for that it was great.

Best Metroid Prime was the first one because it was very Metroid-like. The second one really lost me with the 2 worlds and the boring weapons that used ammo along with the "run from bubbles to bubbles" segments. 3 had some great moments but the Halo-esque feel and the segmented world was extremely bleh.

Looking forward to Prime 4 though.
