UnfairRepresent 10/06/17 8:17:14 PM #1:	A Houston woman says she had nine cosmetic surgeries so she can look like first lady Melania Trump. Claudia Sierra, 42, called the first lady "the perfect woman" in a video promoting her appearance on "Inside Edition," reports the Star-Telegram. The procedures Sierra underwent are reported to have cost up to $50,000. After battling breast cancer, Sierra, a mother of two, turned to plastic surgery as a way to rebuild her self-confidence. During her cancer treatment, she had undergone a partial mastectomy -- one of the cosmetic procedures she underwent was a breast implant and reconstruction. Sierra said that dating was one of the reasons she decided to undergo surgery. After a date where a man thought she looked older than her age, she decided to have work done. "That was the straw that broke the camel's back," said Sierra. "I was 41 years old and I decided that I have to change everything about me." She called plastic surgeon Dr. Franklin Rose, saying that she wanted to have liposuction, breast reconstruction, a nose job and an eyelid lift, among other procedures. When Rose told Sierra the cost could be up to $70,000, she tried to exercise instead. "I'm fine, I'm nice, but I didn't have the look," said Sierra. "It made me feel like when I was a kid getting bullied; you're not good enough, you're not pretty enough. I was getting rejected by men and it was killing my soul. Nobody was picking me," she added. "So I said, 'let me change everything because I don't want any part that's been touched by anyone." After Rose offered her a special price because she had a good reputation, Sierra had nine procedures over the course of 10 hours in June. She said that she chose to make herself look like Melania Trump because she admired the first lady's ability to not be bothered by criticism. "She holds her head up high," said Sierra of the first lady. "She's still going out there. She's not hiding. I don't feel like I have to hide." "I feel like the first lady and I are very alike," she said. "Everyone puts her down, yet she remains a strong, powerful woman, and that's what I want people to see in me. Ivanka is very elegant and stylized, but Melania was a worldwide model and had very stunning features, too." Rose says while some of his clients want to look like the first lady, others have requested to look like President Donald Trump's daughter, Ivanka. "I've had many women visit my office wanting the 'Ivanka look,'" said Rose. "So it's not really surprising to see women now requesting to look more like Melania, who is simply gorgeous."
