Current Events > Sony platinum headset not charging?

I was wondering if anyone had run into this issue. My headset won't seem to charge. I've left it plugged into my PS4 overnight (my usb ports are set to provide power always), and I tried to charge it via my pc.
Neither charge the headset at all.
And while it's plugged in, it doesn't show as charging while in use.
The red charging light shows when it's off, but it doesn't have any charge when I actually use it.

Only other thing you can try is a new/different USB cable. If it won't charge in that case, then something wrong with the headset itself (bad charging circuit or port most likely)

plug usb plug into phone charger and plug into wall other than that if its under warranty still call sony
